To provide administration support and process for the Commercial Groups Conference and Events Team of the Waldorf Hilton London.
What will I be doing:
Departmental Reporting
Responsible for the accurate posting of Groups and Events revenue
Supporting the Director of GC&E and Director of Sales
Planning and Communication of internal Events.
Planning and Support for hotel site inspections and customer familiarisation trips for both the GC&E and Sales Team.
Liaising with Hiltons offsite finance teams for Commission Invoice payments
A Commercial Administrator serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role you should maintain the attitude behaviours skills and values that follow:
