Veterinary Surgeon Supportive Team Flexible Working No OOH!
Looking for a role where youll feel genuinely supported valued and encouraged to thrive Were looking for an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon to join our welcoming friendly team at a busy well-established small animal practice.
About Us
Youll be joining a fantastic team of experienced Vets RVNs Student Nurses a VCA and a brilliant reception crew all based in a purpose-built practice with excellent facilities and plenty of parking.
Conveniently located with great transport links and easy access to both city life and beautiful countryside this is the ideal spot if you love having the best of both worlds adventure and relaxation within easy reach.
Were a busy first opinion practice where youll encounter a varied caseload and be encouraged to take cases as far as your skills and interests allow. Our team culture is built around open case discussions ongoing learning and genuine support. Whether youre a seasoned Vet looking for a great work-life balance or a Vet looking to build experience with mentoring available were ready to welcome you!
About the Role
Full-time 40-hour week with a flexible working pattern
4-day weeks and a shared 1 in 4 weekend rota (with 3 days off following any weekend worked!)
Plus one long 3-day weekend off per shift rotation
No OOH no overnight inpatient checks and no on-call just time to focus on quality care
