Accounts Officer Temp Role $4045ph Super East Perth / WFH Options
Were currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Officer to join a well-regarded Not-for-Profit organisation based in East Perth. This is a 4-week temporary assignment (with potential to extend) offering excellent flexibility in hours and work-from-home options.

Hours: 20 hours per week choose how you structure your time

Rate: $4045 per hour Super
Start Date: ASAP
About the Role:
Working in a small friendly team of three youll take ownership of daily transactional finance duties with a focus on high-volume Accounts Payable (80%) and some Accounts Receivable (20%). Support is available but this role will suit a self-starter who is comfortable working independently.
What Youll Do:
Process high-volume invoices in a timely and accurate manner
Manage supplier communications and resolve payment queries
Reconcile supplier statements and follow up outstanding items
Assist with basic AR functions such as receipting and allocating payments
Use MYOB Advanced (preferred) or similar accounting systems
Ideal Candidate:
Prior experience in AP / AR roles ideally in a not-for-profit or SME environment
Confident with MYOB Advanced or similar ERP systems
Highly organised detail-oriented and able to work autonomously
Available to start immediately and commit to at least 4 weeks
