Job Description

Altitude Trampoline Park is seeking Seasonal Team Members to join our team. As a Seasonal Team Member you will work in many capacities in the park covering areas as needed including serving as a Greeter Cashier Court Monitor and/or Cleaner. You are responsible for contributing positively to the guest experience.


This is a temporary part-time opportunity working primarily weekends but some weekdays. Because we promote from within as much as possible this position helps open the door to obtaining a regular part-time or full-time role on our Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Maintain positive guest experience
  • Acknowledge and greet guests as they enter and leave the facility
  • Communicate and enforce park rules
  • Maintain a clean safe fully stocked and well-organized work area
  • Handle all incidents/injuries in a manner appropriate to your training
  • Assist with concessions and kitchen as assigned
  • Handle guests questions and concerns professionally and courteously
  • Performs other services or duties as required by management

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Excellent communication
  • Must be positive engaging and customer-service oriented
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time
