With the highly successful launch of Vyndaqel/Vyndamax for transthyretin cardiac amyloidosis (ATTR-CM) Pfizer has solidified its position as a global leader in ATTR-amyloidosis. As a top U.S. commercial priority and an anchor brand within the Specialty Care Business Unit Vyndamax now enters a pivotal phase of its lifecycle with two competitors having entered the market in the past six months.
What You Will Achieve
The Vyndamax Peer-to-Peer Strategy and Engagement Secondee will play a central role in designing and executing a customer-centric medical education strategy that drives deep meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals. As the ATTR-CM landscape becomes increasingly competitive this role is critical to reinforcing Pfizers leadership and differentiation through high-impact educational experiences. By translating scientific insights and evolving customer needs into compelling peer-to-peer initiatives the secondee will ensure every touchpoint delivers value fosters trust and strengthens Vyndamaxs position in a rapidly shifting market.
This role will work in close partnership with the HCP lead strategic medical lead congress lead and TLELs to ensure alignment and innovation across all peer-to-peer channels. A key focus will be on enhancing the quality relevance and impact of customer interactionsleveraging insights feedback and real-time data to continuously refine engagement strategies.
In addition the secondee will serve as a strategic connector between HQ and field teams ensuring seamless execution and optimization of promotional medical education efforts. The role will also contribute to stakeholder engagement competitive intelligence and KPI tracking to inform agile insight-driven decision-making.
This position reports to the HCP Team Lead.
How You Will Achieve It
Translate scientific insights and unmet needs into actionable medical education strategy and peer to peer tactical plan shaping messaging customer engagement across channels.
Partner with HCP Lead to ensure strategic alignment and real-time incorporation of new innovative approaches to maximize customer engagement across peer-to-peer promotional education channels (Speaker Congresses and Clinical Roundtable).
Collaborate with the strategic medical lead and congress lead to envision and drive forward-looking external engagement strategies playing a key role in shaping meaningful long-term relationships with key external experts.
Drive impactful educational initiatives by partnering with the congress lead to deliver compelling national symposia that elevate awareness and understanding of ATTR-CM and Vyndamax.
Serve as a strategic connector between HQ and field teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of promotional medical education strategies.
Define and track KPIs to ensure success across all programs.
Continuously monitor the competitive landscape and stay current on clinical data and promotional activity to identify insights that shape and optimize medical education strategy.
Collaborate closely with TLELs to gather and leverage critical customer insights that drive strategic brand planning and guide the development of impactful resources.
Qualifications
Must-Have
Bachelors degree required with 8 years of US Vyndamax experience.
Rare Cardiac sales and/or medical experience.
Strong understanding of ATTR-CM medical literature.
Deep understanding of all U.S. healthcare system and IDN/key accounts
Nice-to-Have
Advanced degree in a medical or health-related field preferred.
Resource design capabilities and the ability to design scalable platforms for multiple customer types.
Strong design implementation and execution skills for project development.
Ability to generate deep targeted customer insights and integrate into business decisions.
Ability to align solutions to brand priorities to ensure focus on strategic execution of the operating plan.
Demonstrated initiative strong strategic and leadership skills.
Solid analytical and strategic thinking; ability to translate strategy and analysis to a tactical executable level
Ability to synthesize complex information and distill critical customer driven insights to drive performance.
Ability to work effectively in a customer and brand team-based environment and partner with internal and external stakeholders to include senior and executive leaders.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Strong project and process management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize/multi-task effectively.

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
This position will require up to 50% national travel (and some international travel) as needed to develop internal and external relationships attend internal and external meetings and conferences.
