Compensation: $17 - $20
Schedule: Day Shifts ( some weekend and on call availability will be required).
Responsibilities:
- Assist HVAC technicians with residential system installations maintenance and repairs
- Learn to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues
- Carry and organize tools materials and jobsite equipment
- Support ductwork wiring piping and equipment installation
- Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times
- Commit to ongoing training and technical growth
- Work as part of a team that values quality communication and accountability
- Strong interest in learning HVAC trade
- Willingness to work in attics crawlspaces and outdoor conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor daily
- Punctual dependable and respectful attitude
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED required
- EPA certification (or willingness to obtain) is a plus
