Job Description

Responsibilities
- Provide fast and courteous service to all Parts Clients and Technicians.
- Answer the telephone in accordance with dealership guidelines. Solicit orders or answer questions as appropriate.
- List and price out parts on repair orders and/or counter tickets.
- Write purchase orders for parts from outside suppliers as required and obtain management approval.
- Properly input lost sales into the inventory control system.
- Provide the necessary information for special and emergency orders if a part is not in stock.
- Maintain records of all special order parts and notify the person responsible for the order.
- Maintain a customer back order file.
- Maintain the special order parts inventory in a clean and orderly manner.
- Maintain the warranty return parts inventory in a clean and organized manner.
- Help to scrap parts held for factory claims with the factory representative.
- Participate in conducting a perpetual inventory.
- Keep your work area clean free of debris and safe.
- Perform other duties and tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales associate Sales representative or similar role track record of achievements.
- Detail oriented and ability to work in a team.
- Familiarity with inventory procedures
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
- Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
- Availability to work flexible shifts
- High school degree or GED
