Job Description
Infosys is seeking a PrincipalSAP Group Reporting Consultant
This position requires an expert contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle.You will be intensely involved in business process consulting; you will define the problem propose and create the solution. You will also play an important role in the development configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes deliverables and contribute to the proposal development client training and internal capability building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of experience with Information Technology.
- Location of the requirement isSt. Paul MN.The role may require travel to project/Clientlocation.

Preferred Qualifications
- Solution Design & Implementation: Design and implement SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting modules including conducting workshops and preparing functional specifications.
- Configuration & Reporting Structures: Design and configure group reporting structures including consolidation units and financial statement versions.
- Requirements Gathering & Support: Gather requirements support SAP Group Reporting and FICO modules and assist in financial consolidation processes.
- Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution: Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to SAP Group Reporting solutions.
- Implementing agile SAP project methodology or Strategy for implementation.
Ability to evaluate the system Architecture Enhancements upgrades and provide recommendations.
Ability to Manage the Team and provide directions to the team in complex cases.
Should be able to analyze the current business process design.
Should be able to conduct workshops and technical configuration in Group Reporting solution.
Able to collect the Business requirements and apply best practices for the solution design.
Should have both functional and Configuration knowledge in Group Reporting.
Should have strong insights into GL Asset accounting Controlling and profitability process areas.
Should have exposure to compliance and statutory requirements IFRS and GAAP accounting rules.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face.
