Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the venue.
- Provide leadership and foster a positive work environment for staff.
- Interview hire train and orient new team members.
- Ensure the quality of all food and beverage products served.
- Evaluate and oversee job performance.
- Prepare departmental schedules.
- Maintain safe and sanitary work environments for employees and guests.
- Manage inventory order supplies and maintain par stocks.
- Ensure compliance with gaming laws company policies and federal regulations.
- Conduct group and individual training on policies procedures food and beverage choices equipment and service standards.
- Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.
- Promote a fun friendly and safe environment.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of food and beverage experience.
- Ability to obtain a food handlers card.
- Ability to obtain a State Issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Knowledge of food and beverage handling practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
