What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Supporting the Sales Manager in driving branch performance
- Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
- Selling residential properties and progressing sales
- Delivering exceptional customer service to vendors and buyers
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Proven experience in residential estate agency
- Strong background in listing and valuations
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Highly professional well-presented and articulate
- Familiarity with Dorking and surrounding area preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence and own vehicle essential
