Essential duties and responsibilities
Support stability data updates in the Compounding system for new and existing finished products
Support the Clinical Trial set-up process in Compounding system(s)
Provide subject matter expertise in defining Mercury/BOLT user requirements
Support the roll out of new version upgrades to Mercury/BOLT user sites in the UK and Ireland
Support and perform user acceptance testing for new versions of Mercury/BOLT
Retain system records in accordance with document retention procedures
Mercury Database Management
- Accountable for ensuring data changes are implemented in Mercury to required deadlines
- Accountable for the setup of Clinical Trial products
Mercury Change Testing
- Accountable for ensuring sufficient resource available to perform Mercury testing for program changes
Support with business reports using data from Mercury
Communication and Training
- Supports the vision & direction of UK/Ireland compounding business
Travel / Location
- The position will be site based 3 days per week
- Travel within the UK/Ireland cluster should be anticipated to support the business as necessary.
