Job Description

As Assistant SEO & Content at Beev your mission is to help us grow our organic traffic and lead generation through impactful content. Youll write and optimize content that ranks manage a small team of freelance writers and contribute to our broader SEO strategy. Reporting to the Head of SEO & Content youll be part of a dynamic marketing team working to electrify Europe.

This role is perfect for someone who loves writing is eager to learn SEO and wants to gain hands-on experience in both content creation and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Content Production & SEO Optimization

  • Write original blog posts whitepapers tesminonials landing pages and infographics

  • Perform keyword research and optimize existing content to improve SEO performance

  • Monitor KPIs (traffic CTR time on page) and recommend improvements

Freelance Management & Coordination

  • Brief and manage freelance writers to scale content production

  • Source and onboard new freelancers when needed

  • Ensure timely delivery review feedback and validate final versions

Support on SEO & Link Building Strategy

  • Contribute to content calendars and SEO roadmaps

  • Identify backlink opportunities and help build partnerships

  • Collaborate with Product Sales and Social Media teams to align content efforts
