Talent processes include Talent Identification Performance management Talent Reviews Mentoring and Coaching and Exit interviews. We as Talent manager lead these processes across the world and monitor their performance.
Your role will be to support the Talent Management Director in improving the performance of these Air Liquide practices on talent development.
You collaborate with Talent Managers (30 people) around the world to deliver :
Data analysis on key populations such as Technical Experts High potential key competencies
monthly Key Performance indicators on the 3 processes : Exit interviews Career discussions and Performance management (how are we doing / what are the trends)
Prepare communication on results for the monthly/quarterly Talent Managers team meetings
Develop our performance culture and BeActEngage deployment materials
Conduct data analysis for our key population
Develop Talent Management standards and policies
Data Analysis on global hires and ongoing recruitment; key trends (peaks and troughs) and forecasting.
TA Global KPIs monitoring: Efficiency (Lead time and cost) Diversity (Gender) and Quality (satisfaction indicators; candidate/hiring manager)
Coordinate key Talent Acquisition global workshops; many run concurrently. Prepare slide decks information packs communication schedules. Track and follow up on actions.
Partner with HR Digital systems team to enable our Talent Acquisition module changes planned in 2025

Remuneration: depending on profile (between 1300 and 1600/month)
