Be the Backbone of a High-Performing Mining Recruitment Team
Were looking for an experienced recruiter to take on the role of Team Coordinator Mining Production Operators supporting the operational rhythm of our high-performing team while managing your own active recruitment desk. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments has a keen eye for process and enjoys balancing candidate care with commercial delivery.
Youll report directly to the Divisional Manager and work closely with a supportive and collaborative team overseeing sourcing mobilisation and post-placement care for contract mining roles. This includes building and maintaining candidate pipelines coordinating team workflow and helping ensure delivery excellence across the team.

What Youll Do
- Manage your own active recruitment desk across Mining Production Operators
- Support mobilisation sourcing compliance and post-placement care processes
- Assist in team workflow coordination ensuring candidate pipelines and placements are moving at pace
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates contributing to a high-trust recruitment process
- Engage in both delivery and commercial activity including client check-ins and opportunity spotting
What Youll Bring
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment ideally in high-volume or blue-collar environments
- Strong coordination and organisational skills you keep things running smoothly and on time
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in people and partnerships
- Ability to juggle priorities maintain attention to detail and work at speed
- Familiarity with mining or FIFO recruitment (advantageous but not essential)
