Position Overview

The Manager of New Development plays a pivotal role in supporting the new development ground team alongside the Senior Manager ensuring effective guidance throughout the leasing process. This position requires a dynamic and engaging individual who actively participates in onsite leasing activities utilizing each interaction as an opportunity for training and mentoring. The Manager also focuses on cultivating strategic partnerships with local businesses academic institutions and community stakeholders to drive leasing opportunities. Additionally the role involves identifying and implementing improvements in leasing strategies and providing support to local teams by assisting in day-to-day operations while traveling as needed.

Base Salary: $85000 - $100000 annually. Final salary within this range will depend on experience skills qualifications and location.

Additional Compensation: Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses typically ranging between 5-10% of base salary annually depending on individual and organizational performance.
