Job Summary

Do you possess the following skills
Communication & Interpersonal Skills: compassion and understanding coaching and encouraging clients client advocacy--identifying needs and applying relevant resources relational development and healthy caregiving boundaries. Personal Management Skills: critical thinking and problem solving time management care coordination meal planning shopping and cooking light housekeeping experience organizing arranging appointments record keeping and documentation transporting clients and physical stamina.
Qualifications:
- All Caregivers are thoroughly screened and must meet our employment guidelines. We perform a criminal background investigation reference checks and DMV record check.
- PCAs Nurse Aide Course Completion Certificate CNA license
All Caregivers must complete our orientation and training before directly serving clients. A valid drivers license and personal vehicle with the current registration and insurance are required.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Create and maintain open communication with seniors their families and our staff
- Assist with personal care
- Companionship
- Assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
