and personalized service and as we continue to grow were looking for a Recruiter to help us

build our national talent network.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves people thrives in a high-energy

environment and wants to make a real impact in healthcare staffing.

Position Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing screening and onboarding dental professionals

for locum tenens and permanent roles nationwide. This position is hybrid with three in-office

days per week at our Las Vegas office and two remote workdays.

Youll collaborate closely with our operations and business development teams to ensure were

matching the right professionals with the right opportunitiesquickly professionally and with

care.

Key Responsibilities

Source engage and recruit qualified dentists hygienists and dental staff using various

strategies (job boards LinkedIn referrals cold outreach etc.).

Conduct candidate interviews to evaluate experience credentials availability and fit for

open roles.

Work closely with our client services team to understand hiring needs and align

recruitment efforts.

Schedule and coordinate interviews credentialing and onboarding steps for new hires.

Maintain accurate records and progress updates in our applicant tracking system (ATS).

Proactively build talent pipelines for future staffing needs.

Achieve weekly and monthly performance goals (calls interviews hires).

Communicate professionally with candidates and clients to ensure a positive experience.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.

12 years of recruiting staffing healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Motivated self-starter who works well independently and in a team.

Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.

Knowledge of dental or healthcare roles is a bonusbut not required.

Must be able to work on-site in Las Vegas NV 3 days per week.
