Job Summary

DEM Elevating Equipment is seeking a dedicated Pump Assembler to join our team in Salisbury this role you will be responsible for assembling high-quality pump and motor assemblies following detailed instructions ensuring precision and adherence to quality standards. If you possess strong mechanical aptitude and thrive in a fast-paced work environment we want to hear from you!

Work Schedule:
7:00 a.m. 3:30 p.m. (Monday Friday) with optional overtime

Essential Functions:

Assemble products using detailed assembly instructions and high-quality practices.
Prep parts build sub-assemblies and construct pump/motor assemblies.
Fasten pumps motors valves and components using bolts screws clips rivets and other fasteners.
Accurately record lot codes for components and document inventory and assemblies built.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Conduct quality control checks and complete necessary documentation.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support production needs.

Position Qualifications:

Ability to read and work from shop sheets.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Strong ability to maintain inventory levels.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent time management.
Effective communication skills.
Solid mechanical aptitude.
