WHAT YOULL BE DOING
- Spot TikTok trends before they peak and help us jump on them fast to stay first-to-market.
- Concept plan and create native TikTok content that is witty on-brand and captures attention.
- Have a sharp understanding of Gen Z humour internet culture creators and trending moments and know how to translate them into clever on-brand content that resonates
- Collaborate closely with the Social Media team and wider marketing team to build out TikTok-first content strategies.
- Film and edit short-form video content using your iPhone and in-app tools fast scrappy and effective is the vibe.
- Monitor TikTok performance metrics and help identify content thats hitting (or missing) to help optimise future output.
- Actively engage with our TikTok audience through comments duets stitches and community management.
- Stay tapped into TikTok creators influencers and cultural moments relevant to the MESHKI girl.
WHAT YOULL NEED
- A strong understanding of TikToks algorithm trends creators and what it takes to stop the scroll.
- Proven ability to shoot and edit TikTok-style content independently using only your phone and editing apps.
- Creative thinking and confidence to pitch ideas experiment and take initiative.
- A love of fashion and a good eye for aesthetics styling and detail.
- Agile and adaptable you move quickly work efficiently and thrive under pressure.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work with marketing creative and digital teams.
- A genuine passion for social media internet culture and the MESHKI brand.
