What is Noda
Noda is reshaping online payments allowing seamless transactions from customers to merchants bank accounts. With a footprint in the UK EU Canada and Australia (Singapore up next!) were seeking a talented Business Analyst to be part of our dynamic team.
Your mission:
Youll be supporting us in a critical digital transformation project: integrating our front-end system (a hub used both by merchants and our internal teams) with a CRM platform. This is a large-scale initiative and we need someone who can do more than just document requirements - someone who understands the business context can bring structure to data workflows and confidently connect the dots between stakeholders developers and product teams. You will:
- Get deeply involved in the Salesforce and front-end integration project
- Work with stakeholders to gather and clarify business requirements and translate them into clear technical tasks
- Design and analyze data models - understanding what needs to go where and why
- Contribute to the architecture of data flows and processes
- Set up efficient processes for collecting and validating data
- Communicate effectively with business teams developers and integration team
- Ensure consistency and integrity of data and solutions throughout the entire project
- Bring structure clarity and a logical mindset to every stage of the work
Your skills and experience:
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst
- Hands-on experience with CRM projects - ideally involving Salesforce
- Strong skills in data modeling (e.g. ER diagrams mapping data flows)
- Ability to break down complex processes create structure and suggest improvements
- Solid experience writing both technical and analytical documentation
- Excellent communication skills - you can make the complex simple
- Fluent Russian language skills and English skills at least at the professional proficiency level (B2)
- Proactivity ownership and ability to work independently are all critical
Nice to have:
- Experience working on IT system integration projects
- Knowledge of SQL or a good understanding of database structures
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines DevOps practices and API integrations
