Digital Product Management Business Analyst
Were seeking a strategic and analytical Digital Product Management Business Analyst to support the design optimization and scaling of our digital products and operational workflows. Acting as a key liaison between business stakeholders technology teams and content owners youll help translate business needs into functional digital solutions and drive process efficiency across our digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Business Analysis
Collaborate with Product Managers to define user needs business objectives and system capabilities.
Translate requirements into user stories process flows and functional specifications.
Leverage stakeholder feedback customer behavior insights and market data to inform feature enhancements.
Support agile ceremonies including sprint planning backlog refinement and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Process Optimization
Analyze and document current-state workflows; identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
Design and implement future-state processes that drive scalability quality and efficiency.
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g. Ops IT Customer Support) to deploy streamlined solutions.
Lead workshops and change management efforts for process improvements.
Content Operations & Governance
Collaborate with content teams to enhance content structure tagging metadata and governance across platforms.
Support integration of CMS tools with product workflows and digital channels.
Drive initiatives to automate publishing QA and content updates to improve time-to-market.
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or related field.
5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst in a digital or omnichannel setting.
Demonstrated expertise in process mapping business process reengineering (BPR) and documentation.
Familiarity with CMS platforms digital asset management (DAM) and content lifecycle management.
Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira and Confluence.
Strong written and verbal communication stakeholder engagement and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Industry experience in eCommerce publishing or other content-heavy digital environments.
Proficiency with process mapping and data visualization tools (e.g. Lucidchart Visio Tableau).
Certifications such as CBAP Lean Six Sigma or Agile Product Owner are a plus.
