Our client is a highly recognized digital marketing agency operating across 20 countries on 5 continents seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA professional to join their dynamic IT team. Known for developing high-performing affiliate brands and delivering targeted high-value traffic our client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys multitasking and brings strong communication and organizational skills to the table.
As a QA Architect you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality for all developed solutions. Your expertise in QA automation particularly with Playwright will be key to advancing testing processes and delivering exceptional results. Location: Hybrid - Malta / Sofia Bulgaria
Responsibilities:
As a QA Architect your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of test strategies aligned with project objectives.
- Translate specifications and functional requirements into robust test cases.
- Design and execute test plans to assess features under development ensuring release-readiness and product excellence.
- Lead QA automation initiatives particularly using Playwright.
- Define required datasets and test environment requirements to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Document test procedures to support repeatability and compliance with standards.
- Perform manual testing campaigns including exploratory and non-regression testing for UAT.
- Track software defects manage resolution progress and escalate issues where necessary.
- Maintain a test coverage matrix linking requirements to test cases.
- Optimize testing efforts to maximize resource efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support development teams with automation efforts during preparation stages.
- Plan and oversee the implementation and progress of automated testing.
Requirements:
- Strong functional understanding of business processes.
- Solid knowledge of QA methodologies across design execution bug tracking and reporting.
- Experience with tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office.
- Expertise in QA automation tools especially Playwright.
- Scripting and coding experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the iGaming industry is advantageous.
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
