Job Description
Quick Offer: Alcohol and Addiction RN
Location: Lewiston ME
Shift: 12-hour Days/ Night
Requirements
- Active RN License (required)
- Behavioral Health Experience (Preferred )
- BLS Certification (required)
- CPI Certification (Preferred )
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough admission assessments and physical evaluations.
- Develop implement and update individualized care plans.
- Provide safe compassionate direct patient care and medication administration.
- Monitor patient progress and document care and outcomes clearly and accurately.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and recovery strategies.
.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including therapists social workers and physicians.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies safety standards and state/federal regulations.
- Support the emotional and psychological needs of patients during detox and recovery.
