Position- RN- Labor and Delivery
Facility- Southern Regional Medical Center
Address- 11 Upper Riverdale Road Riverdale GA 30274
Contract- 13 weeks
Shift- 19:30 - 07:00
Rate- $44/hr (W2) $55/hr (1099)

Job Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe high-quality patient care using the nursing process: assessment planning implementation and evaluation. This position provides direct patient care within the RN scope of practice and supports patient and family education.

The RN ensures care standards are met in the Birthplace unit and supervises other nursing personnel. Responsibilities include monitoring and responding promptly to changes in a patients condition ensuring a safe environment for patients and visitors and following the chain of command as needed. The role focuses on the care of mothers and newborns during the antepartum and postpartum periods.
