Position: Maintenance Technician
Work Location: Phoenix AZ 85022
Pay/Salary: $23/Hourly
Duration: 3 months contract with high possibility of extension or conversion
Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00am-4:00pm
Dress Code: Jeans pain t-shirts work shoe (no steel toe require)
Job Description:
- General maintenance and repair to ensure apartments are in good condition for new resident.
- Help fix electrical appliances outlets and light fixtures
- Plumbing carpentry and locks
- Complete work orders
