Job Description
Job Title - Assistant Manager - Regional Sales
- Dealer Management: Identifying recruiting and onboarding new OEM dealers maintaining strong relationships with existing dealers and monitoring performance.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Developing action plans to drive sales growth conducting sales meetings and reviews and ensuring adherence to OEM standards and policies.
- Market and Product Development: Collaborating with dealers to identify market opportunities promoting new products or services and providing market feedback to the product management team.
- Training and Support: Organizing and conducting training sessions for dealers offering ongoing support and resources.
- Reporting and Analysis: Preparing and presenting sales reports tracking and analyzing sales metrics and dealer performance.
- Customer Relations: Addressing dealer and customer inquiries resolving product or service-related issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5-12 years of channel sales experience
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
