Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and support Managed File Transfers using GoAnywhere MFT.
Maintain and optimize batch job processing (Control-M).
Monitor and troubleshoot enterprise systems using ITIL v4 practices.
Provide Tier-3 service desk support for internal users and external partners.
Develop and maintain Runbooks Playbooks and Operations Documentation.
Ensure solutions follow the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Collaborate with application development SECOPS analysts and business teams.
Perform root-cause analysis implement corrective actions and track recurring issues.
Ensure all activities comply with Commonwealth security and privacy policies.
Requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
GoAnywhere MFT (Operations and Development) 5 years
Batch Management using Control-M or equivalent 5 years
CMDB and IT Asset Management Tools 5 years
LINUX/Windows Server Operations and Monitoring
ITIL v4 Foundations Certification 3 years (Highly Desired)
Proficient in secure file transfer protocols and permission management
Strong documentation and communication skills
U.S. residency requirement No offshore work allowed
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
