Job Description

About the Role
Rendream is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter with 3 4 years of hands-on experience to join our growing HR team. In this role you ll take ownership of full-cycle recruitment for technical roles and work closely with hiring managers to support our global expansion through staff augmentation and outsourcing. This is a great opportunity to contribute strategically and drive impact in a fast-paced remote-first environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with department leads to define hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with business goals
  • Proactively source top tech talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter job boards Boolean search and recruitment automation tools
  • Conduct detailed screenings to assess technical capabilities soft skills attention to detail.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing interviews coordination and offer negotiation for roles such as Developers DevOps Engineers Product Managers and QA professionals
  • Maintain accurate and organized records within our ATS (Zoho Recruit)
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future technical hiring needs
  • Stay current with industry trends market intelligence and emerging sourcing tools and platforms
  • Support employer branding initiatives and contribute ideas to enhance candidate experience

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Computer Science Business or a related field
  • 3 4 years of proven experience in technical recruitment preferably in a software house or recruitment agency
  • Strong understanding of technical job functions and tech stacks (e.g. MERN DevOps Mobile QA etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing and outreach tools like LinkedIn Recruiter Zoho Recruit and Boolean search techniques
  • Exceptional communication organization and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment with a proactive mindset
  • Experience in staff augmentation or recruitment for global markets is a strong plus
