Job Type: Freelance Full-time (42 hours/week). Responsible for government mandatories (Tax and other mandates)
Schedule: 4 days work week with 3 consecutive days off (between 12 am-2:30 pm Manila time)
Location: On-site in Quezon City Eastwood
Compensation: PHP20000 to PHP30000 all in monthly salary (based on experience).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards careers pages and social networks.
- Screen resumes and applications and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Schedule interviews and manage candidate correspondence (e.g. emails phone calls).
- Assist in preparing and sending offer packages and employment contracts.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment criteria.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments of candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs.
- Provide administrative support during the recruitment process including filing photocopying and scanning documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations regarding recruitment processes.

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Assistant HR Assistant or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g. PHR SHRM-CP) is desirable.
