Job Description
- Provide strategic leadership to drive business growth and profitability.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and high performance across all departments.

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles preferably in real estate or related industries.
- Proven track record in strategic planning financial management and team leadership.
- Strong understanding of the real estate market and emerging trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced degree in Business Administration Finance or related field is preferred.
