Job Description

  • Attending to share registration and account maintenance requests from clients.
  • Attending to all account opening request in a timely manner and according to the laid down processes.
  • Providing error free and timely information to clients.
  • Ensure effective and efficient execution of special Share Registration Services. The services include processing of e-mandate form collection of full dematerialization form for direct lodgment of outstanding shares and other registrar related request.
  • Timely reconciliation of clients portfolio position with CSCS position and update of position on the core application Infoware.

Qualifications :

  • BSc in related field
  • Professional Certification is an added advantage.


Experience Required

  • Experience in the Capital market industry and share registration operations.
