Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and organized Working Student to support our Talent Acquisition team in identifying and engaging top talent. This remote role (1520 hours per week) offers the flexibility to align with your university schedule and the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in recruitment within a dynamic consulting environment.

What you will be doing:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting interview scheduling and candidate communication.
  • Assist in screening CVs and maintaining the applicant tracking system (ATS) with up-to-date candidate information.
  • Help draft engaging job descriptions and support employer branding initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and talent mapping for current and future hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and external partners to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Prepare recruitment-related reports and dashboards.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects and the candidate experience journey.

Qualifications :

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program (e.g. Business Psychology Human Resources Communications or related field).
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal); German is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented dependable and eager to learn.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Outlook Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and willing to explore AI-powered solutions (e.g. ChatGPT recruitment tools).
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting.
