Job Description
Baxter Manufacturing located in Westminster SC has an immediate opening for a senior Human Resources Generalist. This is an on-site position. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 5 years HR experience in a manufacturing environment must be familiar with employment and labor laws including workers compensation. Must be trustworthy and able to maintain a high level of confidentiality have excellent oral written and computer communication skills ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment must have payroll and timekeeping experience and able to administer day-to-day human resource activities and functions. Must be able to travel on occasion. Bachelors degree in Human Resources or other related field or a combination of education or HR certification and related work experience preferred.
