Job Description
Description of the role:
University Home Care in Livonia MI is seeking an experienced Hospice RN to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing compassionate end-of-life care.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in hospice setting
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Assess patient needs and provide emotional support
- Ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date
Requirements:
- Valid RN license in Michigan
- Minimum of 1 years of hospice experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfortable with end-of-life care and supporting patients and families
