Job Description
Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their bankruptcy and commercial litigation team with a hybrid work schedule based in Trenton NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Work on bankruptcy matters commercial litigation and real estate/transactional work.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations.
- Draft legal documents including motions and contracts.
- Interact with clients and adversaries directly.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong client relationships.
Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in commercial litigation
- 2 years of experience in real estate/transaction law.
- Admission to the New Jersey bar required (PA and/or NY admission a plus).
- Strong legal drafting writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
