Job Description

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Louisville Shelbyville and Southern Indiana areas.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations to showcase our cleaning services and solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and competitor activities.
- Proven experience in outside sales preferably in the service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client relationships.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
- Door to door cold calling on targeted businesses from supplied lead lists.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for travel within the territory.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma required;
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Base Salary plus 100% commission on closes
