Physical Therapy Center Manager & Clinical Director

Position Overview
This role combines hands-on patient care (50%) with operational leadership (50%) offering an ideal balance for clinicians ready to step into management while maintaining their clinical skills.
Key Leadership Responsibilities
- Drive clinical excellence and operational success while fostering a positive team culture
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of physical and occupational therapists
- Manage facility operations including budget oversight and strategic planning
- Build and maintain relationships with referring physicians and healthcare partners
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards
- Optimize clinic performance through revenue cycle management and operational efficiency
Clinical Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care following evidence-based practices
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Mentor and support clinical staff development
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy license in good standing
- Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Strong business acumen and operational management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- CPR certification
