Junior Consultant Operations Strategy & Industry Solutions | Public Sector

• You develop a future-oriented operations strategy together with the client and translate strategic challenges into concrete improvement initiatives.
• You analyze core processes operating models and the broader ecosystem to identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• You design and implement smart data-driven and technology-driven solutions such as automation and AI to sustainably improve performance.
• You work in multidisciplinary teams to thoroughly understand the complex challenges of (inter)national public organizations.
• You present insights and recommendations clearly and convincingly and facilitate work sessions and interviews.
• You gain practical experience in all aspects of project management within the public domain and apply this to new assignments and clients.

Qualifications :

You are naturally solution-oriented and effectively communicate problem-solving ideas. But more importantly you bring your own strengths worldview and personality. Additionally as a Junior Consultant you have:

• A university Masters degree with strong academic results;
• participated in extracurricular activities or gained relevant learning experiences through a student study or sports association;
• an interest in consultancy and process optimization as shown by your studies internships or work experience;
• an affinity with the public sector;
• strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; you can translate complex analyses into clear insights and impactful presentations;
• excellent command of Dutch and English both verbal and written.
