Job Description
- You lead projects in which you guide various clients with a team from (operational) strategy to execution. You are responsible for planning budgeting and the quality of deliverables.
- You develop and maintain relationships with the clients (senior) management and offer effective solutions based on experience and best practices.
- You contribute to the development of proposals and pricing strategies and lead business development activities to address client challenges.
- You supervise and coach team members and contribute to attracting and retaining talent.
- You have a broad network within the public sector and an understanding of current trends challenges and developments.
Qualifications :
You naturally enjoy discovering new ways to solve complex problems and convince others with your well-reasoned arguments. Above all you dare to be yourself the true you with your own strengths worldview and personality. Additionally as a (Senior) Manager you have:
- A university Masters degree and/or MBA and at least 6 years of relevant (consulting) work experience most of which in the public sector;
- demonstrable experience in guiding business transformations optimizing core processes and executing complex projects and programs;
- excellent communication and stakeholder management skills allowing you to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely manage conflicting priorities and navigate complex situations;
- a broad network within the public sector and an understanding of current trends challenges and developments;
- experience in managing (multidisciplinary) teams and excellent people management skills;
- excellent command of Dutch and English both verbal and written.
