The Branded Materials Inventory Manager oversees the setup of new items monitors sales movement manages inventory levels analyzes forecasts and collaborates with field-based leaders and external partners to determine disposition and optimal reorder quantities and timelines. This role also oversees item establishment on B2B and B2C websites.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Establish processes documentation and reporting for the inventory life cycle
- Ensure accurate item creation and quantities across systems including B2B and B2C websites Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Warehouse Management System (WMS) and invoicing
- Audit data to identify incorrect or missing information categorizations and details
- Review historical trends forecast demand and evaluate cost breaks to submit replenishment orders
- Advise internal stakeholders on item usage production lead times cost and production efficiency
- Collaborate with internal teams external partners and suppliers
- Develop tools to monitor supplier performance and ensure product availability
- Create a metric-driven platform for inventory ownership item usage and trends
- Identify slow-moving items for improvement
- Utilize product knowledge such as pack sizes and parent-child relationships to improve order efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in supply chain or a related field
- 3 years experience in data analytics
- Detail-oriented organized and flexible for effective cross-functional multi-project management
- Strong analytical written verbal and interpersonal skills with strong financial acumen
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint Outlook Word and Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in procurement analytics
- Experience with Asana project management
