Job Description

Are you someone who finds satisfaction in keeping things organized precise and moving forward Were looking for a Sales Admin to power up our sales team by handling the behind-the-scenes work that makes everything tick.

This isnt just another admin job. Youll play a key part in enabling our Sales Managers to focus on what they do best selling while you keep the engine running with clean processes accurate data and top-notch coordination.

Your days will be a mix of admin in Salesforce keeping track of municipal permits supporting internal marketing campaigns and making sure our Dish Level Pictures (DLP) are on point. If that sounds like a variety youd thrive in read on

Your mission

  • Own the admin side of Sales Manager operations from creating leads and accounts in Salesforce to updating and maintaining CRM records.
  • Handle communication with municipalities to collect the permits needed for our partners to sell on the platform.
  • Be the go-to person for internal marketing bookings including tools and campaign coordination.
  • Keep our Dish Level Pictures (DLP) in check
  • Keep things running smooth accurate and compliant in Salesforce.

Youre someone who keeps your eyes on the prize and gets a kick out of tracking results spotting trends and finding areas to improve. A can-do attitude and high energy will take you far here.

Since youll be in contact with a wide range of restaurants and municipalities being a strong relationship builder is key. Communication and coordination are just as important as your comfort with Excel.

Qualifications :

  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with Excel
  • Fluency in Swedish and English both written and spoken.
  • Detail-oriented mindset small things dont slip past you.
  • Prior experience in admin-heavy or sales support roles is a big plus.
