Le Grand Chef Mauro COLAGRECO trois toiles au Guide Michelin recherche pour complter son quipe ptisserie un sous-chef junior.
Vous justifiez dune exprience russie acquise au sein dun tablissement toil. Vous tes dot dun rel esprit dquipe et de dynamisme. Vous tes reconnu comme un professionnel confirm autonome flexible dot dune grande capacit dadaptation.
Vous tes cratif et dot de capacits managriales.
Vous tes trs sensible la philosophie du Chef Mauro Colagreco.

Grand Chef Mauro COLAGRECO with three Michelin stars is looking for a junior sous-chef to join his pastry team.
You will have successful experience gained in a Michelin-starred establishment. You will be a dynamic team player. You are recognised as an experienced autonomous and flexible professional with a great capacity to adapt.
You are creative and have managerial skills.
You are very sensitive to the philosophy of Chef Mauro Colagreco.
