Job Description

Omio is seeking an experienced recruiter/Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong record gained both in agency and in-house hiring a range of talent all levels with a network and expertise within core business needs covering Product Managers Commercial Business operations to VP positions. You will have outstanding stakeholder management up to CXO level with confidence to drive and make decisions an expert trusted advisor owning the full lifecycle processes.

Strategic Talent Acquisition

  • Workforce planning aligned with business goals
    Scaling hiring plans for various business areas to include product marketing business operations commercial & engineering teams

Stakeholder Management

  • Strong communication with Product Engineering and Leadership
    Advising hiring managers on market trends salary benchmarks & hiring strategies
    Managing expectations and influencing decision-making
     

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience

  • Driving EVP and content strategies (e.g. LinkedIn Glassdoor blogs)
    Designing and optimising a seamless engaging candidate journey
    Promoting inclusive and equitable hiring practices
     

Data-Driven Hiring

  • Using metrics like time-to-hire source-of-hire conversion rates
    Building dashboards and using data to identify bottlenecks
    Forecasting talent needs and presenting insights to leadership

Leadership & Team Management

  • Coaching and mentoring junior recruiters
    Driving performance and building a high-performing team culture
    Leading diversity hiring initiatives and recruitment training
     

Adaptability & Agility

  • Comfortable with changing priorities in a scale-up or fast-growth environment
    Creative problem solver in a resource-constrained setting
    Proactive and hands-on approach to closing roles


Qualifications :

Experience Requirements

  • 5 years of recruitment experience ideally with 2 years in a tech or product-led company to include full 360 agency experience.  

  • Proven track record of hiring for technical and non-technical roles at various levels

  • Great team player solution-oriented and business proficient in English.

  • Ability to interact and communicate well with individuals at all levels of the organisation and across cultures including the ability to handle difficult conversations.

  • Experience with modern ATS platforms (e.g. SmartRecruiter Greenhouse Lever Workable)
    Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter
    Data analytics familiarity using tools like Google Sheets Excel or HR dashboards
    Understanding of HRIS systems

  • Prior experience scaling hiring across engineering product data and design teams
    Previous exposure to fast-paced agile or scale-up environment

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field preferred/nice to have.
