The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location ranging from: $70992 - $88740
Job Summary
Supports the processes of service work service administration field planning trouble calls and the stock room. Assists the Supervisor C&M with organizing and prioritizing the daily job and crew assignments. Can independently perform all routine planning activities. Provides support in a designated role of the Storm Emergency Plan.
Key Responsibilities
Assists the Supervisor C&M in assigning daily job and crew assignments submits and maintains files for Claims and employee training. Follow up with the Energy Control Centers regarding daily crew assignments. (30% of time Primary)
Respond to customer requests regarding a job. Assists the Supervisor C&M in monitoring and documenting the progress of a job on the Work Management System (WMS). Utilize the equipment database for the reservation of specialized equipment. Resolves customer requests. (60% of time Primary)
Accesses and tracks work requests in progress on WMS. Provides support during emergencies and outages. (10% of time Secondary)
Required Qualifications
Skills/Abilities:
Computer skills: CMS MS Word and Excel Spreadsheets CSS WMS and MMS
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong planning scheduling and organizational skills
Experience/Training:
2 years of related experience
Knowledge of engineering and construction policies and procedures
Knowledge of field construction and maintenance
Knowledge of company construction standards field operating procedures safety rules
Knowledge of gas and electric design sketches
Familiar with federal and state laws regarding hazardous waste
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED
