Role Summary
Raytheon is seeking a proactive and innovative manager to lead the Acquisition Systems Support team within Supply Chain Business Operations. In this role you will enable acquisition processes and personnel by leveraging your supply chain expertise to drive operational efficiencies across all locations. As a manager within the supply chain value stream youll be instrumental in the sustainment and development of acquisition tools.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead a team of Business Process Experts (BPEs) focused on supporting Acquisition systems and processes through development projects and direct customer support
  • Drive key processes to successful completion supporting aggressive internal schedules and delivery goals
  • Coordinate resources for internal teams and projects managing and optimizing supply chain systems with a focus on user needs
  • Use critical thinking and a proactive approach to solve complex problems independently translating technical scenarios into clear actionable steps for end users
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities that impact internal customers
  • Seek continuous improvement opportunities within supply chain processes introducing efficiencies to improve the user experience
  • Collaborate across the supply chain value streamincluding quality logistics MPM finance production control accounts payable and contractsto develop user-focused solutions
  • Develop and implement Acquisition tools within cross-functional teams focusing on ease of use and practical application
  • Identify standard work and automation opportunities within existing systems
  • Define requirements coordinate updates conduct user acceptance testing and manage change communications.

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires Bachelors degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management or similar role
  • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
  • 5 years of experience with SAP applications
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience collaborating across all organizational levels and interfacing with external customers
  • Experience working under deadlines and managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Previous experience in Aerospace & Defense subcontract management or procurement
  • Familiarity with FAR/DFAR regulations
  • Working knowledge of Raytheon systems processes and procedures
  • Experience with process automation
  • Experience working in a customer support environment

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
