Job Description
We are looking for a talented and dedicated Facade Architect who is passionate about creating innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs for building exteriors. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of designing and constructing building facades ensuring they are not only appealing to the eye but also functional and sustainable.
Job PurposeThe purpose of this role is to bring architectural vision to life by designing and overseeing the construction of exterior building facades. The Facade Architect will ensure the designs are sustainable functional and aesthetically pleasing while staying in compliance with relevant building codes.
Job Duties and Responsibilities- Designing and overseeing the construction of building exteriors to ensure they meet aesthetic functional and sustainability goals
- Demonstrating a keen understanding of various materials structural integrity and environmental impact in all design and construction processes
- Utilizing design software and strong project management skills to successfully oversee and complete projects
- Collaborating with other architects and engineers to achieve the overall architectural vision
- Considering factors such as energy efficiency weather resistance and compliance with building codes in the design process
- Creating innovative solutions to enhance the overall architectural vision
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in facade design and construction oversight
- Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and functional designs
- Strong understanding of sustainable architecture practices
- Exceptional knowledge of materials structural integrity and the potential environmental impacts of construction projects
- Proficiency in design software
- Strong project management skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a team of architects and engineers
