Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Beirut Lebanon. As a Junior Civil Engineer you will play a crucial role in assisting with the planning design and execution of various civil engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Assist in the preparation of engineering drawings specifications and reports using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
- Perform basic structural analysis and design calculations for small-scale projects
- Conduct site visits to collect data and monitor project progress
- Support senior engineers in project planning scheduling and cost estimation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met
- Assist in the preparation of permit applications and other regulatory documents
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends local building codes and regulations in Lebanon
- Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative engineering solutions
- Support the team in maintaining project documentation and records
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
- 0-2 years of experience in civil engineering projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and structural analysis software
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Excellent mathematical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Lebanon
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
