Job Description & Summary:
A career in our Corporate Finance practice within Deals Corporate Finance services will provide you the opportunity to deliver innovative deal solutions to our clients provide advice and support from initiation through to deal completion. In short were a part of helping some of the worlds leading companies across industries originate create execute and realise value from deals. Through data driven insights we help our clients move in the right direction to ensure maximum value for their company
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Partners during a transaction
- Business Development/ Ideation in the sector
- Mentor Associate/ Analyst in the team
- Preparation of pitch books deal books presentations research reports
- Preparation of information memorandums financial models and investor marketing documents
- 8 years of work experience in Investment Banking in Indian market
- Prior knowledge of consumer sector/transactions in Indian market will be advantage
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks appropriately
- A high degree of initiative motivation and attention to detail
- Expert working knowledge of Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Strong team player with an ability to build sector expertise in his/her vertical
