Your main responsibilities:
- Lead one or multiple transversal projects to drive alignment between several teams and departments regarding major challenges.
- Coordinate and partner with diverse internal stakeholder groups including early engagement to achieve effective buy-in.
- In collaboration with our experts design and recommend appropriate reliable and scalable technical solutions.
- Identify project risks and issues; make recommendations for improvement to existing processes and procedures.
- Ensure impacts of issues are communicated so all parties are aligned.
- Partner with project stakeholders to resolve issues and mitigate project impacts.
- Ensure timely use of project and technology tools to help drive accountability.
- Ensure project resources and budgets are tracked and kept up to date.
Qualifications :
Essential skills and attributes:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in engineering school (such as Centrale ISEN etc.) Project Management or related field OR equivalent.
- Previous proven project leadership experience (2 years).
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and create a cohesive project team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with team members stakeholders and senior management. Experience in managing stakeholders expectations conducting meetings and delivering presentations.
- Ability to solve complex problems to present them in a simple and effective way.
- Autonomous and rigorous with a strong sense of organization and reactivity.
- Experience in Software Development or Technical Support preferred.
- Fluent written and spoken French and English.
