Define and execute the product strategy for email marketing social media and content authoring tools to meet business goals and customer needs.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for these areas ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Analyze market trends competitive landscapes and emerging technologies to inform product direction and innovation.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing design development data analytics production and LOC/GPS teams to prioritize and deliver product features that drive measurable results.
Facilitate and drive product discovery workshops ensuring alignment across internal teams and stakeholders.
Serve as the voice of the customer advocating for their needs throughout the product development lifecycle.
Backlog Management & Prioritization:
Own the product backlog prioritizing tasks based on customer feedback business value and technical feasibility.
Lead sprint planning review and retrospective meetings with Agile teams to ensure continuous product development and improvement.
Balance long-term product vision with short-term tactical needs to deliver both incremental improvements and major innovations.
